London’s "Arsenal” sensationally crashed out of the English League Cup on Tuesday.

In the fourth round of the tournament, "Fleetwood Town,” who play in the fourth tier of English football, defeated English champions "Arsenal” in a penalty shootout.

After the match, the "Gunners” manager Mikel Arteta did not hide his disappointment, but had no complaints about his players.

"Congratulations to our opponents; this is a very sad day for us. I have no complaints about the players’ attitude. I didn’t see a single player doing anything wrong.

We controlled the ball and created many chances, but sometimes these things just happen in football,” Mikel Arteta said.
