Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s absence forced the Paris Saint-Germain club management to take action in the transfer market.
According to the French press, the team coached by Luis Enrique has set its sights on Real Betis winger Ez Abde.
The 24-year-old Moroccan, who scored 15 goals and provided 13 assists in 43 matches last season, has maintained his high level this year as well.
He has scored three goals in seven La Liga matches and found the net once more in the Champions League.
However, Betis are taking a firm stance on the footballer’s future. According to reports, the Spanish club will not let the winger leave easily and will demand compensation of at least €55 million.
If the transfer goes through, 20 percent of the fee would go to Barcelona under a previous agreement.
Ez Abde belonged to the Catalan club from 2021 to 2023, before being sold to Betis for €7.5 million.
