Perhaps the most famous football journalist in the world, Fabrizio Romano, has provided his prediction for the Ballon d'Or voting.

The representative of the portal EuroFootball.lt participated in an event held in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, where a well-known Italian was also present.

F. Romano was asked which player will win the prestigious trophy this year.

"That is a difficult question. These awards have never been this open before. There are 6-7 players who are competing for the Ballon d'Or, so it is hard to predict this year.

However, Lamine Yamal and Harry Kane have the most chances – about 50 percent.

If you asked me, I really liked what Khvicha Kvaratskhelia did last season. The Georgian is probably underrated, and people have forgotten how he played in the Champions League.

Nevertheless, if I had to evaluate the work done and the trophies won, I would say that L. Yamal should win,” F. Romano stated.

The Ballon d'Or ceremony will take place on October 26 in London.
