Borussia nearly threw away a cup win, but M. Sabitzer’s free kick settled everything

Dortmund’s „Borussia“ advanced to the next round of the German Cup.

At home, BVB edged past the footballers of Bremen’s „Werder“ 3:2.

Serhou Guirassy scored the opening goal in the 6th minute, and Carney Chukwuemeka found the net soon after.

Niclas Füllkrug restored the „status quo“ midway through the second half in a short space of time – the goals came in the 65th and 68th minutes.

Nevertheless, „Borussia“ eventually snatched victory – Marcel Sabitzer’s free kick in the final minute allowed the home fans to breathe more easily.
