FK "Kauno Žalgiris” is starting a new partnership with Rebels Pub Kaunas, which will henceforth become the club’s official supporters’ embassy.

The aim of the new partnership is to strengthen FK "Kauno Žalgiris” supporters’ traditions and love for the club, as well as to create another meeting place where fans can support the team during both away and home matches.

At the new "Kauno Žalgiris” supporters’ embassy, fans will be able not only to watch the team’s matches together but also to take advantage of special offers—the club’s season-ticket holders will receive exclusive offers and special discounts.

Club president Mantas Kalnietis was pleased with the initiative and did not hide his long-standing desire to bring this idea to life.

"I really wanted there to be a place in the city where our supporters could regularly gather, spend time together and watch our team’s matches. The name itself—‘Kauno Žalgiris’ fans’ embassy—is exactly what we wanted, so we are delighted to be cooperating with Rebels Pub Kaunas and that there will be an opportunity to gather here at any time during the season and support the team together,” said M. Kalnietis.

Daivaras Judinas, the owner of Rebels Pub Kaunas, was also pleased with the newly established partnership and emphasized his desire to foster football traditions in Kaunas.

"Pubs around the world are associated with sport, and we are a pub that loves its city, which is why it was only natural that we chose the color green from the very beginning, since our opening. Naturally, all Kaunas city teams associated with these colors are very close to us, especially Kauno Žalgiris and the rapidly growing sport of football. In the country where both football and pubs originated, football day begins much earlier and starts in the pubs, before the entire football celebration moves to the stadium, so we want to create such traditions in Kaunas as well. We want to see supporters here both on home-match days and when the team plays away,” shared D. Judinas.

FK "Kauno Žalgiris”’s embassy, Rebels Pub Kaunas, can be found at 21 Laisvės Avenue, and on November 5 there will be a live broadcast of the UEFA Conference League match from Lugano.
