„Kauno Žalgiris“ received another lesson in class in their third Conference League main-phase match.

The Lithuanian champions lost 0-3 away to „Lugano“.

In the opening minutes of the match, the visitors from Kaunas had a great chance, but an unmarked Nosa Edokpolor failed to put the ball into the net.

Yanis Cimignani put „Lugano“ ahead in the 11th minute.

The other two goals were also scored in the first half. First, Ezgjan Alioski found the net, followed by Daniel dos Santos.
