Shareholders of Turin’s "Juventus” approved a possible capital increase of up to €250 million and confirmed their support for head coach Luciano Spalletti.

These decisions were made following the annual shareholders’ meeting held at the "Allianz” Stadium.

The proposed capital increase was approved by as many as 99.9% of shareholders. "Juventus”’s main shareholder, "Exor,” which owns 65.4% of the club’s shares, has undertaken to cover its share of the capital increase, as well as all remaining unsubscribed shares. An advance payment of €60 million has already been made.

Shareholders also approved the club’s financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.

In the 2025–2026 financial year, "Juventus” recorded a net loss of €67.2 million. This deficit was covered using the club’s equity reserves.

After the meeting, "Juventus” CEO Giovanni Carnevali publicly confirmed that the club continued to have complete confidence in Italian coach Luciano Spalletti.
