„Parma“ secured an impressive victory in the Italian championship.

A. Gilardino’s charges comfortably defeated „Atalanta“ 3:0 away from home.

Although the hosts controlled possession for most of the match and attacked more frequently, the visitors were more clinical with their chances.

The first goal of the match came in the 41st minute, when Giovanni Fabbian scored following a pass from Vincent Sierro. In the 47th minute, „Atalanta“ defender Davide Zappacosta turned the ball into his own net, doubling the visitors’ lead.

In the 58th minute, the young Simone Lontani put the finishing touch to the match, scoring „Parma“’s third goal after an individual run.

In another match, „Fiorentina“ defeated „Sassuolo“ 4:2 away from home.
