The Tunisian national team was unable to rehabilitate itself after the hopeless first match in the World Cup.

In Group F, the Africans lost 0:4 to Japan and lost their chances of advancing to the next stage of the tournament.

In the 4th minute of the match, the first goal was scored by Daichi Kamada.

In the 31st minute, Ayase Ueda doubled the score, and in the 69th minute, Junya Ito made it a rout (0:3).

In the 83rd minute, Ayase Ueda completed the opponents' thrashing – 0:4.

The Tunisian team became the first African team not to break through to the knockout stage.
