In the Serie A championship, Milan defeated Udinese 2–0 away from home.

The visitors took the lead as early as the 6th minute. L. Modrić quickly took a free kick and played an excellent pass to put C. Pulisic in a favorable position.

The American made the most of the opportunity and beat Udinese goalkeeper M. Okoye to make it 1–0.

After conceding, the hosts tried to seize the initiative and enjoyed more possession, but Milan’s defense successfully dealt with their opponents’ attacks.

In the 65th minute, the visitors struck again.

A. Jashari took a shot at goal, which M. Okoye saved, but O. Hutchinson was the first to reach the rebound and sent the ball into the net to double the visitors’ lead—2–0.

This victory allowed Milan to bounce back after their 3–0 Europa League defeat to Bournemouth.
