The wonderful season being played by Bruno Fernandes contributed to another Manchester United victory in the English Premier League on Monday with an assist.

This was already the 19th assist of the Portuguese player this season, bringing him closer to the all-time Premier League record of 20 assists.

And while the record will have to wait, in one statistical category, B. Fernandes has matched Manchester United legend and his countryman Cristiano Ronaldo.

At Manchester United, B. Fernandes has already made 140 goal contributions (70 goals and 70 assists), which is the same number recorded by C. Ronaldo during his time at United (103 goals and 37 assists).

Interestingly, B. Fernandes reached those numbers in 226 matches, while C. Ronaldo needed 236 games.
