Scandal in Italy: 50 Serie A players used the services of prostitutes

A prostitution scandal has emerged in Italy, involving numerous football players and even one Formula 1 driver.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the police of this country dismantled an escort network, which had a client list featuring 50 Serie A players.

It is reported that the athletes could choose an "all-inclusive" service and for a few thousand euros feast with an attractive companion in luxury restaurants, and later stay in luxurious apartments.

The publication also released an audio recording in which an unidentified person requested a girl for money for an unnamed Formula 1 driver. A beautiful Brazilian was sent to the sports star.

After conducting searches, police confiscated as much as 1.2 million euros in cash from the escort organization’s apartments.
