After the lost Istanbul derby – changes at the "Fenerbahce" club.

"Fenerbahce" club officially announced that they parted ways with 40-year-old Italian Domenico Tedesco.

The Istanbul team showed very good form throughout the season, but the defeat in the Istanbul derby was too painful for the club's management. After a 0:3 loss against "Galatasaray," the yellow side of Istanbul practically lost their chances to compete for the Turkish league title.

"Fenerbahce" also exited the Turkish Cup last week when they were defeated by "Konyaspor" players after extra time.

D. Tedesco had been in charge of the Istanbul team since 2025.
