Real Madrid have suffered a major setback just before El Clásico.

Spanish media report that Thibaut Courtois will not be able to help the royal club after falling ill.

According to journalist Mario Cortegana, the experienced Belgian trained normally on Saturday and did everything he could to be ready, but the situation could not be salvaged.

Andriy Lunin will start in goal.
