The head coach of Munich's Bayern club, Vincent Kompany, commented on the referees' decisions after losing to PSG in the Champions League final:
"We need to evaluate some of the referees' decisions over both matches, which...
There is never an excuse for everything, but it is important. If we look at them, probably too much was against us."
"The guys gave everything, and we tried to play against a fantastic PSG team.
The hand of the opponent's defender Joao Neves was raised in the air and hit it. Since it was a teammate's shot, it is not a penalty.
But if you look at both situations, a bit of common sense, and it's just absurd. Whatever should happen, but it's absurd.
This does not reflect the whole match, but in the end, it was a one-goal confrontation."
The PSG club defeated the Bavarians with a score of 6:5.
The final will take place on May 30th in Budapest.
"Bayern" will meet with the Stuttgart team in the DFB-Pokal final on May 23rd.
