Club linked to C. Ronaldo to support J. Miguel’s family

Portugal legend Cristiano Ronaldo’s partly owned club “Almeria” made a generous gesture.

The Spaniards announced that all ticket revenue from the match against “Tenerife” in April 2027 would be donated to the family of the tragically killed striker Jesús de Miguel.

The 30-year-old footballer died following an accident during a Spanish second-division match against “Andorra”.

While attempting to clear the ball, he collided with opposing goalkeeper Jesús Owono.

The tragedy shocked Spain’s football community. Tenerife announced six days of mourning, and some matches were postponed.
