"Chelsea" fans have heard some good news while hunting for a new team manager.

"The Athletic" journalist David Ornstein reports that "Chelsea" is seriously considering the possibility of attracting Xabi Alonso to their club.

The 44-year-old manager is interested in this opportunity and open to an offer, adds D. Ornstein.

"Chelsea" is also still considering the candidacy of "Bournemouth" manager Andoni Iraola, who is currently also linked with a job at "Crystal Palace" club.

Calum McFarlane is currently temporarily leading the "Chelsea" team.
