In the World Cup qualifiers – victories for the favorites.

Belgium defeated the Welsh national team 4:3 in a highly goal-laden match.

After 27 minutes, the Belgians were leading by three goals – Jeremy Doku, Youri Tielemans, and Romelu Lukaku all found the net.

Before the end of the first half, Harry Wilson reduced the deficit. Goals by Sorba Thomas and Brennan Johnson in the 51st and 69th minutes respectively leveled the score.

In the 88th minute, Kevin De Bruyne secured the victory for Belgium.

Meanwhile, Italy beat Moldova 2:0.

Andrea Cambiaso and Giacomo Raspadori contributed their goals to the "Azzurri" victory.
