The Czech national team bids farewell to its long-time forward.

"Liversport.cz" reports that Patrik Schick has ended his career with the Czech national team.

This January, the center forward turned 30 years old, and he played for the national team for exactly 10 years, during which he scored 26 goals.

Patrik Schick's most memorable tournament was in 2021 when he became the top scorer of the European Championship, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, with five goals.

The forward currently plays for Bayer Leverkusen.

In Group A, the Czech Republic was defeated by South Africa, Mexico, and South Korea.
