The Champions League has started.

Aston Villa won 3:2 against Club Brugge away.

In the 11th minute, John McGinn scored the first goal for Aston Villa this season.

In the 19th minute, Hugo Vettlesen equalized the score.

In the 22nd minute, Emiliano Buendía put the guests ahead again. Before the break, Nicolas Jackson doubled the lead.

In the second half, Brugge narrowed the score, but they could not find the equalizing goal.
