The Italian national team may soon introduce a new coach.
After unsuccessful attempts to attract Pep Guardiola, attention has shifted to local specialist Andrea Pirlo.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the Italian Football Federation has contacted A. Pirlo about becoming the head coach of the national team for the next four years.
It is said that the former AC Milan and Juventus player is currently the main favorite to take over the reins of the Azzurri.
