"Ipswich Town” will play in the English "Premier” league again after a year break.
Kieran McKenna's team secured 2nd place in the "Championship” after a crushing 3:0 victory on the last day of the season against the "Queens Park Rangers” team.
"Ipswich” only needed a victory, which was achieved thanks to goals from George Hirst, Jaden Philogene-Bidace, and Kasey McAteer. The latter scored in the 85th minute, solidifying the ticket to the "Premier” league.
The last ticket to the top tier of English football will be contested by "Hull City”, "Middlesbrough”, "Southampton”, and "Millwall” clubs.
The championship was won by "Coventry City” with Frank Lampard at the helm.
