Brighton club has extended the contract with head coach Fabian Hurzeler.

The German will lead the "seagulls" team until the summer of 2029.

F. Hurzeler expressed his joy at the contract extension:

I really enjoy working in this team, living in this city, and I am glad that we have agreed on a new contract.

Receiving such a long-term commitment from the club is an honor, and it only strengthens my desire to successfully implement our shared vision.

From the beginning, our focus has been on building identity, developing the team, taking on challenges, and raising standards.

33-year-old Fabian Hurzeler has been working at Brighton since the summer of 2024.

The "seagulls" are in eighth place in the English championship with 50 points.
