In the TOPLYGA season, FA "Šiauliai" for the seventh time played to a draw away from home. In the 16th round, the representatives of the Solar City ended the match in peace against Gargždų "Banga" – 1:1 (0:1).

The visitors started the match more successfully – Volodymyr Krynskyi had to deal with attempts from Rui Batalha and Gabijus Micevičius. On the other side of the field, Paulius Linkevičius also had work to do.

In the 40th minute, the Šiauliai team broke through: after a pass from Nedas Garbaliauskas, Divine Naah, who had plenty of space in the penalty area, scored accurately with his second touch. However, FA "Šiauliai" had to focus more on defense in the second half.
