"Liverpool" club head coach Andoni Iraola commented on the future of Argentina national team midfielder Alexis Mac Allister in this team:

"A. Mac Allister has been one of the best players for the 'Scousers' in recent years.

Look at the World Cup, it's normal for other clubs to want the best players."

"Other teams want my good footballers, but I myself am looking for players and I don't want to lose as many of mine."

27-year-old Alexis Mac Allister has been playing for "Liverpool" since 2023 and has scored 19 goals in over 150 matches.

The midfielder played all eight matches in the World Cup, scored a goal, and provided an assist.
