Buenos Aires' "River Plate" club will be joined by a former famous footballer.

As reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano, the legendary Argentine team will be reinforced by Ángel Correa.

The former "Tigres" player will transfer to his home country's team for 17 million dollars.

A. Correa will sign a contract until the summer of 2029.

31-year-old Ángel Correa played for Madrid's "Atletico" club from 2014 to 2024 and scored 88 goals in 469 appearances.

In the previous season, the Argentine scored 23 times in 54 matches for the Mexican team.
