In the "Top League" championships - an incredible refereeing mistake.

In a match of the Lithuanian championship held yesterday in Vilnius between "Žalgiris" and Gargždai's "Banga," the referees "missed" the guests' goal.

In the 24th minute, the ball crossed the goal line of "Žalgiris" after Vaidas Miskinis's shot, but the score remained unchanged at 0:0.

As it later turned out, justice ultimately triumphed - "Banga" defeated the home team 3:2.

In the "Top League," the VAR system and other modern tools that significantly facilitate the referees' work are still not used.
