Ayoub Bouaddi, who attracted attention at the World Championship, has found a new club.

BBC Sport reports that Manchester City is in advanced negotiations with Lille for the signing of the 18-year-old midfielder. The talks are in the final stages.

The young midfielder is valued at £85 million, so such a transfer sum can be expected.

Bouaddi shone while playing for the Moroccan national team, and particularly excelled in his first match against the Brazilian national team.

The player chose to represent Morocco instead of the French national team.
