The president of Vilnius "Žalgiris," Andrius Tapinas, was pleased with the impressive TV broadcast ratings.

The capital club defeated Tbilisi "Dinamo" with an impressive score of 7:2 and advanced to the third round of the Conference League qualification stage with an aggregate score of 7:5.

"I will celebrate two more things. We just received the viewing results for the football fireworks broadcast on TV3. A couple of weeks ago, we were delighted that the match against Montenegro's "Petrovac" was the most-watched Lithuanian football broadcast in five years - the rating was 2.4%, the audience share was 12.4%, and 198,000 viewers watched the match.

Yesterday's match against Tbilisi "Dinamo" was watched by 238,000 viewers, with a rating of 3.4% and an audience share of 14.8%.

For two-thirds of the match time, TV3 was the most-watched television in Lithuania. Thanks once again to TV3 and program director Arvydas Rimas for believing that Lithuanian football can be a watchable product.

As he himself wrote - the snowball began to roll and it is unclear what it will turn into. Another thing is that advance ticket sales for Thursday's match against Split "Hajduk" started, and in two hours, 1,100 tickets were sold," wrote A. Tapinas.
