One account, named "HandofArsenal,” claims that in the coming weeks the football world may hear about the punishment for "Manchester City” due to 115 financial breaches that occurred before the 2017-18 season.

At least by summer, information should emerge about this, and the Premier League clubs are eagerly awaiting that decision.
