Before the upcoming World Championship – a confident victory for the Spanish national team.

European champions defeated the Peru team 3:1 at the stadium in Mexico.

Goals for the winners were scored by: M. Oyarzabal (2'), Pedri (32') and P. Gallese (own goal, 53').

Peru was saved by J. Velez who scored in the 66th minute.
