Valdas Dambrauskas on Tuesday became the first coach from Lithuania to win a match in the main UEFA Champions League stage.

The strategist from Lithuania led Baku "Sabah" to a 2:0 victory at home against Prague "Slavia."

After the match, V. Dambrauskas did not hide his joy and paid tribute to the players.

"A lot of firsts. Our first victory, first goal, and first clean sheet in the Champions League. This is a memorable evening for our club.

Today my players were true heroes. We had to endure tough moments, but in the end, we came out as winners.

As a coach, I have always dreamed of playing and winning in such matches. We have three points and must ask ourselves the question: what's next?
