L'Equipe": "Arsenal and Newcastle reach agreement on B. Guimarães transfer

Bruno Guimarães is set to become a player for London’s Arsenal soon.

The French newspaper L'Equipe reports that Arsenal has reached an agreement with Newcastle United for the transfer of the 29-year-old central midfielder to the London club.

The transfer fee amounts to 90 million euros.

Previously this summer, Newcastle sold another central midfielder, Sandro Tonali, to Tottenham for 100 million pounds, including bonuses.

These farewells are one of the reasons why Eddie Howe said goodbye to the Magpies after five years.
