G. Nausėda ran onto the football field

During the world football championship, the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda, could not resist the urge to kick a ball on the field.

The politician dove into the whirlpool of sports passions at the event hosted by the LSDP party.

Mr. Nausėda participated in the annual "Ambassadors' Cup" tournament, where teams from 20 countries competed.

An important international football event — also in Vilnius!

The traditional charity tournament, the Ambassadors’ Cup, has brought together 20 teams representing countries from around the world — united by a shared responsibility for future generations.
