POP: A Lithuanian in England pretended to be an 'Arsenal' coach

A curious story emerged in England, when a Lithuanian attempted to impersonate the coach of London Arsenal.

The Sun reports that 28-year-old Martynas Isajevas tried to impress his girlfriend as much as possible and posted pictures on the Instagram platform in which he was captured in the sports outfit of the "Gunners" team. The Lithuanian claimed that he worked as an assistant to Arsenal's head coach Mikel Arteta.

He even created a fake biography on a "wiki" page.

Later, it became clear that the man came under law enforcement's radar for inappropriate behavior with his girlfriend - Isajevas constantly checked her phone, asked where she was and who she was spending time with.

When the girlfriend decided to end the relationship, he began to stalk her and sent numerous messages. It was also determined that Isajevas searched the internet for information about breaking into homes and incapacitating people with chloroform.

Moreover, the man impersonated a police officer - he had a counterfeit badge and claimed to work in a secret counter-terrorism service. Under the guise of this fabricated activity, he tried to justify his behavior.

The court sentenced Isajevas to six months imprisonment.
