The young talent of the Spain national team Lamine Yamal has already managed to enter the World Cup record books.

"Opta" reports that the 18-year-old forward repeated the tournament record in the round of 16 match against Austria.

It is estimated that throughout the tournament, considering the 90-minute metrics, L. Yamal averages 12 successful dribbles.

This has allowed him to catch up with the shining Nigerian talent Jay-Jay Okocha from the 1998 World Cup.

Only those players who spent at least 200 minutes on the field were evaluated in the statistics.
