The Turin "Juventus" team may soon announce the arrival of a famous newcomer.

The "Serie A" club has managed to negotiate a personal contract with Birmingham "Aston Villa" goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.

Journalist Gianluca Di Marzo writes that the 33-year-old world champion is even willing to reduce his salary just to be able to move to Italy.

It is said that the only remaining obstacle to finalizing the transfer is that "Juventus" does not want to pay a cent for the player, citing his age as the reason.

How "Aston Villa" will react to such an offer is currently unclear.
