F. Wirtz: 'The time is approaching for me to leave the comfort zone at Bayer club'

The leader of Bayer Leverkusen, Florian Wirtz, hinted at his future with the team:

"Of course, it's time for me to leave my comfort zone and try something new in the near future.

I am quite lucky that many great clubs are interested in me, and I still have the opportunity to play for one of the best teams in Germany, Leverkusen."

"I know what happens in team locker rooms, so I am confident that I would quickly find my place in any team."

The most realistic career stop for F. Wirtz is Bayern Munich. The German is also attracting interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City.

22-year-old Florian Wirtz has scored 16 goals and provided 13 assists in 43 matches this season.
