Frenchman Didier Deschamps is not in a hurry to return to his usual job.

According to L'Equipe, the strategist intends to enjoy a peaceful life for a while longer.

After the contract expires following the 2026 World Cup, D. Deschamps stepped down from the position of head coach of the French national team.

This marked the end of his 14-year tenure with the national team, and the "hot seat" was taken over by Zinedine Zidane.

It is reported that the 57-year-old specialist is currently relaxing and spending time both in Cap-d'Ail, near the Monaco border, and in his second residence in Brittany.

It is believed that D. Deschamps will start looking for a job no earlier than November.

Previously, the Frenchman stated that he would consider all possible offers, including the possibility of coaching another country's national team.
