Dortmund's Borussia defender Niklas Sule has made his decision regarding his career.

The German has announced that he will end his professional football career after this season.

N. Sule feels the effects of the injury following the loss to Hoffenheim, and that was one of the reasons not to continue his playing career.

30-year-old Niklas Sule has been playing for Borussia since 2022 and has scored three goals in 109 matches.

Prior to that, the defender played for their main rival, Bayern, from 2017 to 2022, and scored seven times in 171 matches.
