Vigo "Celta” ranks as a new football player resembling "Barcelona” trainee Oscar Mingueza moving to England.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that O. Mingueza has reached an agreement with London’s "Crystal Palace” club.

The versatile defender scored 7 goals and provided 12 assists in the last three seasons in "La Liga.”

The 27-year-old Spaniard left the "Celta” club as a free agent.
