European League – historic victory for a second-tier Portuguese division club

On Thursday, a historic victory was achieved in the Europa League.

In Norway, the local "Lillestrom" faced the second division club from Portugal, "Torreense." The match ended in favor of the visiting team 2:1.

This was the first victory for "Torreense" in Europe in the club's history.

Interestingly, "Torreense" started the season in Portugal quite poorly, earning only 6 points in the first 6 matches. They are currently quite close to the relegation zone.
