José Mourinho, who is finding the right tactics at Real Madrid, has led his team to 12 victories in their last 13 matches, with Valencia becoming the latest victims (0–3).

After the match, J. Mourinho defended Valencia’s new coach, Javier Aguirre. They currently sit just 19th in the La Liga standings.

"After the match, I approached Valencia’s coach, Aguirre, and told him: ‘Don’t be upset, Javier, my players are simply much better than yours.

This is not Aguirre’s fault, don’t blame him,” the Portuguese told the media.

He also commented on the music played by Real’s players in the dressing room: "The dressing room is calm and happy, but the players play some very tragic music. It’s a tragedy—that music.”
