The leaders of Madrid's "Real" heard the joyful news from striker Vinicius.

"Diario AS" reports that the Brazilian informed president Florentino Pérez that he is not planning to leave the royal club during the offseason.

This was partly influenced by the results of the "Real" team's leadership elections held a few days ago.

"Real" still has the opportunity to extend the contract with the player that expires next year, but negotiations will at the earliest resume after this year's World Cup.

Vinicius is F. Pérez's favorite, but even the Spaniard does not want to pay the striker an outrageous salary for now.
