The French national team staged an impressive comeback in the UEFA Nations League match.
Playing at home, Zinedine Zidane's team was trailing Belgium 0:1 by the end of the first half, but ultimately triumphed 4:1.
The match at the "Saint-Denis" stadium started poorly for the French.
In the 35th minute, Belgium took the lead – Dodi Lukebakio scored after a pass from Romeo Lavia.
After the break, the French national team significantly increased the pressure and eventually broke through the opponents' defense.
In the 77th minute, Desire Doue equalized the score (1:1). Just four minutes later, the French were ahead when Rayan Cherki sent the ball into the Belgian net.
The visitors didn't have a chance to recover when France struck again.
In the 88th minute, M. Olise himself became the author of a goal, and during stoppage time, the winger scored once more (4:1).
