"Premier” league is rightly titled the strongest local championship in the world.

English teams not only demonstrate solid results in European competitions but also frequently shake the player market with impressive deals.

It is estimated that over the last five years, the highest amount among "Premier” league teams was spent by London’s Chelsea, which spent £817 million more on player net transfers than it received from sold players.

In second place is London’s Tottenham (£683 million), and in third is Manchester United (£682 million).

Meanwhile, for example, Birmingham’s Aston Villa achieved an excellent result—they managed to earn £12 million by bringing in capable newcomers.
