Scandal in youth football: 'Be1' representatives attacked the match referees

On Sunday, the final of the Baltic youth football league took place in Kaunas, where "Be1" met the "Vilnius football academy".

As reported by the portal "Sportas.lt", during the match, "Be1" manager, who is also a member of the LFF Executive Committee, Andrius Markevicius, allowed himself to throw remarks at both the opponents and the referees, as well as at the director of the Lithuanian Children's and Youth Football Development Association, Algirdas Kvalkauskas.

The same source adds that after the match, the referees' dressing room was blocked with a garbage bin.

The Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF) has already reacted to this situation, and the investigation will be conducted by the LFF Disciplinary Committee.
