The Lithuanian men's national team will complete its performance in the September-October international window on Sunday afternoon.

In their last match, the Lithuanians will face the Azerbaijani national team away and aim to extend their unbeaten streak.

The Lithuanians arrived in Baku on Friday afternoon and held their only training session at the match venue – at the "8km stadium," which has a capacity of 11 thousand fans.

"We know what result would satisfy them and us, but that shouldn’t let the thought into our minds that a draw would be enough; from experience, I know that this is not a good way to approach the upcoming match, so we will definitely fight for victory," said Lithuanian coach Edgaras Jankauskas.

The Lithuanian national team aims to extend a long-seen streak – in the last three matches, they have achieved two victories and drawn once.

The match will start at 16:00, and it will be broadcast live on LRT "Plius" television (link).
