"Kaunas Žalgiris" futsal team's manager Darius Gurskis was pleased not only with the new major sponsor joining but also with the long-term collaboration.

"We are very happy that 'Žalvaris' joins us as a major sponsor. We especially appreciate that the partnership begins for more than one season. Such long-term trust is very important for the team. We have ambitious goals both in Lithuania and on the international stage, so the support of strong partners who believe in our direction allows us to plan for the future more confidently and grow consistently," said the green and white manager.

"Žalvaris" is one of the leading industrial waste management companies in Lithuania. The company provides comprehensive waste management services for businesses, including waste audits and training. Since 2023, "Žalvaris" has been part of the largest integrated recycling group in Central Europe, "GreenGroup."

"Talent development is one of the long-term support directions for 'Žalvaris.' We are inspired by 'Kaunas Žalgiris' futsal team's achievements, and we want to contribute to its further growth. We believe that our support will provide the team with more opportunities to improve and achieve new victories," says "Žalvaris" director Vitoldas Sapožnikovas.
