D. Raya: "Being at the World Championship is a great joy"

The Spanish national team and London Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya did not hide his joy at participating in the World Cup and the successful past season at the club:

"This is my second World Cup. For me, it is a dream and a great joy to be here.

I had a successful year with the Gunners. I won the Golden Glove for the third time and the first Premier League title."

"When you're young, you think about the World Cup. You can't be here every day."

30-year-old David Raya is the backup goalkeeper for La Roja, while Unai Simon remains the main one.

D. Raya has played 13 matches for the Spanish national team.
